This morning came too soon. After many hugs and well wishes and then a few additional hugs and pleasantries, about half of us boarded a van headed to the airport. I can't believe that two weeks has come and gone so quickly but I am full of rich experiences that I will share with my students, colleagues and family members for some time to come. I have scheduled a meeting with the Superintendent of my school district to discuss next steps for the students of Bibb County Public Schools. Wheels up, I'm headed back to America.
